Load CSATPXY.NLM before DHCPSRVR.NLM. This is a quirk where CSATPXY.NLM was supposed to be auto-loaded but wasn’t. (Mentioned in readme and TID 10014766)
Also you *MUST* , in the DHCP server object, select
Major Events or All in the "Audit trail and Alerts Option" section and enable the Audit Trail Log.

Viewing the DHCP Event Log
To view a DHCP server's event log, complete the following steps.
-Launch the DNS/DHCP Management Console, and click the DHCP Service tab.
-Select the DHCP server Icon below and click View Events/Alerts on the tool bar.
-Click OK to view the event log for the period displayed, or modify it and click OK.
-Wait 5-10 minutes for it to complete.

Viewing the DHCP Audit Trail Log
-Launch the DNS/DHCP Management Console, and click the DHCP Service tab.
-Select the DHCP server Icon below and click View Events/Alerts on the tool bar.
-Click OK to view the event log for the period displayed, or modify it and click OK.-Wait 5-10 minutes for it to complete.
The audit trail log displays the following information for each entry:
Entry time, IP address, Type, Status, Hostname, MAC Hardware address, Client ID, Lease type.

The audit trail log file, CSAUDIT.LOG, is maintained by CSAUDIT.NLM. The audit trail log file is managed with the CSLIB audit trail utility. Use this utility to view records in the audit trail log and configure a schedule for archiving the log. The active audit trail log file is located in SYS:SYSTEM\CSLIB. Archived audit log files are located in SYS:SYSTEM\CSLIB\LOGS.

View the DHCP Audit Trail Log, sort by MAC address. The Audit trail must be enable in order to
